William D. Lowrey Bill established Auto Advisory Services in 1975. Educated at CSLUB, he completed his bachelor’s degree in Criminology and was employed with the Department of Motor Vehicles as a special investigator. After performing numerous dealer compliance audits for the DMV, Bill developed the Auto Advisory Services’ expanded, investigatory compliance audit. The proprietary techniques developed by Bill are used by our auditors to this day. |
